The bedrooms at Ultima Gstaad are simply stunning! Each one is connected to a dressing room and ensuite bathroom, all designed with the elegant beige and gold tones that are characteristic of Ultima Collection. It feels luxurious and classy, and I absolutely loved it. As a guest who appreciates beautiful interiors, I couldn't have asked for more!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the beige and gold color scheme in the bedrooms. It's a matter of personal preference, though, and some people might still find it appealing.

I loved the incredible value for money at this hotel! The room was beyond my expectations and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff treated me like royalty - so professional and polite, anticipating all my needs. It was truly exceptional!

Food for breakfast could have been better - maybe more variety and options.

Our location was particularly good in the middle of jackson. Besides, we were very close to Gstaad, the centre and Saanen.

During my business trip to Gstaad, my director chose Ultima as our accommodation. One of the highlights of my stay was the Ultima journey for total well-being. The therapists here did an amazing job curating wellness programs tailored to my needs, encompassing everything from physical treatments to cutting-edge cosmetic procedures. I also made sure to take advantage of the impressive Hammam for holistic heated therapies, as well as the relaxing Jacuzzi and the superb massage and treatment amenities offered at the Ultima Spa. The attention to detail and the range of options made my stay incredibly rejuvenating and enjoyable.

The only minor inconvenience I experienced was the location of the hotel, which was a few minutes away from the main center of Gstaad.

i had a such great stay here and will be back. everything was amazing, the parking was onsite, the room was reasonably spacious and modern. units for the closet in the entrance hall. excellant service was provided here. and they had a piano in the reception.

The location was good and the services where excellent. Popped in The Lobby Bar for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue. Booked a room for the closet in the entrance hall. Everything here was great.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in the Swiss Alps. The spa offered great massages and a relaxing atmosphere. Ski lift right outside the hotel made it convenient to hit the slopes. The hot chocolate at the bar is amazing.

The hotel was extremely overpriced for the service received. Staff were not friendly and seemed more interested in upselling.

The hotel even offered free transportation into the city center, making it easy to explore this charming mountain town. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were always available and friendly.

We recently stayed in a luxurious hotel just outside the central promenade in a lovely scenic location. The location couldn't have been better, as the hotel is far from the noise of the city center but only a quick 5-minute drive, plus a free shuttle service is offered. We were impressed with the excellent service provided by friendly and always available staff. Our room and bathroom were impeccably designed with every comfort you could possibly ask for. Breakfast was simply outstanding, and the wellness facilities were amazing! the facilities and room advantages were unforgettable. There was just one minor issue-- difficulty using a mobile phone to communicate with the hotel staff.

My Christmas stay was amazing! The hotel staff surprised us with not one, but two complimentary gifts upon arrival. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the village and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The spa facilities were top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing massage with skilled therapists.

The food was very bland and lacked the distinctive flavors we were expecting. we had difficulty communicating with the hotel staff via mobile phone and were disappointed that the promised helicopter ride was not accessible without a car.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that fulfilled our every need. We were impressed by the exclusive Spa & wellness centre, equipped with state-of-art facilities, sauna, and steam room. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and we couldn't resist trying out the body scrub and massage services. The restaurant offers exceptional in-room breakfast and dinner with special diet menus. The private facilities were every bit as exclusive as advertised, and the location advantages provided stunning views of the surrounding nature.

We experienced some minor issues during our stay, but nothing that came close to spoiling the experience. Occasionally, we noticed a lack of entertainment variety, especially in the leisure/TV room and the night club.
